The employer guide - what, why and how?

Our vision is that all should find the job that suits them the best - as this brings extreme value to all aspects of life. 

What? 
We gather information about all employers in Norway. Each employer gets an employer profile. They can use this employer profile to recruit and attract candidates, or just keep it as a basic information page to show their existence. 

Why? 
In order to find the optimal job, we must tear down the boundaries and walls that prevent job seekers from getting the information and connecting with the best match employers. Lack of information and accessability to information about job opportunities, either geographically, in an industry, within a field of work or based on certain set of skills, prevents the best matches to be made. Both job seekers and employers loose by this fact.

How?
Everything starts with a company profile per employer. From this company profile the employer can build fantastic presentation pages showcasing all their opportunities, allowing candidates to connect and start the dialogue that might lead to a signes job contract.

Choose your level of employer branding - what's your level?

Level 0 - Not an employer available to job seekers, nobody will notice you

Level 1 - The company profile was created and with facts and basic "about us" info, a few will notice you

Level 2 - You included information about job opportunities and recruitment programs, more will notice you and be aware of you

Level 3 - You added information about the most important professions you hire to so it is easy to understand what is relevant

Level 4 - You added more company insights like employee testimonials - job seekers will learn and understand more about you

Level 5 - You articles and video presentations - users get access to stories and can spend time learning about your company
